The company
Meritvance LLC is a small, bootstrapped software company in Florida. It exists to own and operate two products properly — one legal owner for the code, the domains, the contracts and the customer relationships.
Why the company exists
The two products came first. Aclamia and Servibridge were both well under way — backend, web, mobile — before there was any company to own them, which is a common and genuinely dangerous position: the code, the domains and the future customer contracts had no legal owner.
Meritvance LLC was formed in Florida in August 2026 to fix exactly that. Both products, the shared platform library they are built on, and the domains now sit under one entity, which is what makes it possible to sign a contract, take a payment, or one day sell or license a product without untangling who owned what.
It remains a single-founder company funded out of its own pocket. That is a constraint on how fast things ship, and it is also why the two products share a foundation instead of being built twice.

How we work
Neither product is for sale yet, and every page here says so. A waiting list dressed up as a launch costs more trust than it buys attention.
A single founder cannot afford to build authentication, error handling and a design system twice. What is genuinely common lives in a shared library; what is specific to a product stays in that product.
Our customers are local businesses and professionals in the United States, many of whom work in Spanish all day. Spanish is not a translation layer here; it is one of the two languages the products are designed in.
