This page describes meritvance.com — the website you are reading. Aclamia and Servibridge are separate products with their own privacy policies, published on their own sites when they launch.
This document is a first version prepared by the company and has not yet been reviewed by an attorney. It describes accurately how this website works today.
What this website collects
Nothing at all, unless you use the contact form. These pages are static files served from a content delivery network: there is no account, no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixel, and no cookie is set by us.
The contact form
When you submit it, your name, email address, chosen topic and message are sent to us and delivered as an email. Two processors are involved and neither uses your data for anything else: Cloudflare, which runs the small piece of code that receives the form, and Resend, which delivers the mail. We keep the resulting email for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence.
What is stored in your browser
One thing: your light or dark theme choice, kept in your browser's local storage so the site does not flash the wrong theme on your next visit. It never leaves your device and you can clear it with your browsing data.
Our hosting provider
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes the technical request data any web server receives — such as your IP address — to deliver the page and protect against abuse. We do not receive individual visitor records from it.
Email you send us
Whether you use the form or write to legal@meritvance.com yourself, we hold your message and address for as long as needed to deal with it and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it.
Your rights
Write to legal@meritvance.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. In practice this concerns correspondence only — the site collects nothing else.
Changes
If this site ever adds analytics or any other collection beyond the contact form described above, this page is updated before that goes live.
